Founded by Martyn Trickett, who honed his expertise and eye for detail during more than a quarter century in all areas of domestic construction; extensions, alterations, refurbishment, kitchens and bathrooms, Lady Bay now specialises solely in converting lofts and garages.

We have a small, dedicated and conscientious team that will work on your conversion from start to finish, and to complete our work we use the same trusted local electricians and plasterers that we have used for years.
